I would say that its nice and quiet. Its centrally located and the neighbors are nice.

It's nice, and usualy quiet. I recommend living here. But if you need something fixed or help with something like that then you have to call quite a few times.

We moved in during August and so far everything has been reasonably satisfactory. The only complaint we have is that the appliances are very outdated. Our dishwasher does not even wash dishes anymore. In fact, it makes them dirtier. So we have not been able to use it. Maintenance has been out twice to look at it and both times they said there is nothing they can do in the way of replacing it because it is not broken. I understand that it does run, however, it is still does not do the job it is intended to, therefore, it is "broken" for all intensive purposes and we would greatly appreciate a newer, more modern washer that actually washes dishes instead of baking the food on and coating them in and orange/white film. It does not seem too much to ask, but Stone Creek sure does make it seem like it is an over the top request.

I think this is a great complex in Nacogdoches. The only thing I would say could use some attention is the timeliness of maintenance. I have put in multiple request to fix a few things around my apartment and it takes longer than I believe it should to fix the issues.
